Limitless, a Dubai World company, has added KSA to its growing list of international markets where it intends to master develop a series of large-scale, sustainable, mixed-use projects. Others include China, South East Asia and Pakistan.
Abdul Salam Al Jassmi, Limitless Business Development Director for the Middle East, said: "We are constantly monitoring the market and KSA ticks all the right boxes in our global strategy. We are currently assessing projects in Riyadh and other cities in the Kingdom. Our aim is to produce tailor-made developments that preserve traditional Saudi Arabian culture while creating modern, self-sustaining urban communities that offer employment, entertainment and leisure facilities."
Limitless will open an office in Riyadh in the near future, underpinning its commitment to KSA, the company added.
