Dubai Land Dept. exempts members of Mohammed bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders from brokerage fees

Dubai Land Department, the emirate's land registry and real estate transactions exchange, has announced it will exempt members of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders from all brokerage registration and licensing fees.
Sultan Butti bin Mijrin, Director General of Dubai Land Department, said: "We are keen on supporting start up companies and local entrepreneurs. The Establishment has offered us a great opportunity to fulfil our commitment towards this important segment.
"We are confident our initiative will contribute to the growth of more successful local businesses in Dubai and the UAE. Enabling these fledgling businesses to play an effective role in the country's progress, is a national obligation."
Abdul Baset Al Janahi, Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, said: "We are pleased to see a growing awareness among government departments about the importance of small and medium sized enterprises. While we look forward to increasing this awareness level, we also invite all major players in the private and public sectors to help smaller businesses to grow."
The Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders offers a wide range of enabling services to members including facilitating business agreements with leading government and private sector companies. These services include business consultancy, training programmes and logistical support.
