i-mate appoints new General Manager

Craine's principal focus will be on effective business and product planning across these regions whilst additionally continuing to drive sales growth.

The Dubai-based technology company has witnessed a fast-paced organic growth over the past few years and its ever-increasing geographic reach has lead to the need for a more defined local management structure. The decision comes as i-mate™ furthers its commitment to the region.

"Dubai is where i-mate™'s heart is and we couldn't think of anybody more suited than Jack to take on this very important role," commented Jim Morrison, CEO at i-mate™. "Jack brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience and I am extremely confident he will spearhead even more growth in this key business region."

i-mate™ is the in midst of preparations for one of the year most awaited technology event, GITEX Technology Week which will open its doors on 8th September.

Craine has been with i-mate™ for the past three years. His last role saw him as the global sales director based in Dubai and prior to that he successfully spearheaded the company's initial launch into the European region. Jack has been instrumental in developing i-mate™'s Middle East and European sales strategy and has accumulated much experience in the global market, sales channels and key partner relationships.

Before i-mate™, Craine worked in a number of key senior management positions with major Blue Chip companies including Coca Cola, Cadbury and Camelot (Operators of the Worlds Largest Privatised Lottery). He has also worked as an Independent Training and Strategy Consultant delivering a range of international business development courses to the senior management of blue-chip companies within the FMCG and telecommunications industry.
