KBR eyes $150m Ras Tanura deal

The US' KBR is in talks with Saudi Aramco and the US' Dow Chemical Company for one of the largest consultancy contracts in history, according to our sister publication MEED. KBR is understood to have been selected to enter talks for the $140m-150m consultancy deal for upgrading the 550,000 bpd Ras Tanura refinery and integrated petrochemical complex after technical and commercial proposals in late May. A formal contract award is due soon.
