Abu Dhabi Louvre talks

Abu Dhabi and French officials held planning talks on Friday for building a branch of the Louvre museum in the emirate, according to WAM. Abu Dhabi and France earlier this year signed a 30-year agreement to establish the Louvre Abu Dhabi as part of a cultural zone on the Saadiyat island development. The Louvre Abu Dhabi, due to open in 2013, will borrow and display works from the Louvre and other French museums.
