Ski Dubai and Fitness O2 team up to provide summer fitness program in the snow

Designed by the Royal Australian Navy, the unique fitness program takes participants through a challenging workout in the snow, involving strength and endurance training, muscle-toning, and fat-burning exercises, along with snow-based exercises such as ski hill climbing and tobogganing.

"With temperatures outside soaring into the high 40's, Ski Dubai is delighted to offer its customers an alternative to exercising outdoors," said Fuad Al-Najjar, General Manager of Ski Dubai. "We are always looking for new and innovative ways for our customers to enjoy the experience of snow and the 'Snow Fit Boot Camp' takes that experience to a whole new level."

Commenting on the unique partnership, Fitness O2's Head Personal Trainer, Ziggy Darwish said, "Snow Fit Boot Camps will keep you super fit over the hot summer period by burning an average of 500 calories per session! They are designed for all fitness levels and ages. Our trainers are world class, so participants can expect a great workout while meeting new people, having lots of fun and most importantly, getting serious results."

To accommodate all schedules, Ski Dubai is offering customers the choice of signing up for the month-long course, which begins 5th August.

The classes are held at 6:30am, 7:30am, and 8:30am on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings.

Ski Dubai offers an amazing snow setting for skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing or just playing in the snow for beginners and snow sport enthusiasts all year round. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the facility encompasses the ideal conditions for skiing and snowboarding, with a choice of five runs, as well as a 3000 square metre snow park with tobogganing, a twin track bobsled ride, tubing, and the opportunity to train with international Ski instructors at its Snow School.
