Bahrain school denies impropriety

The principal of a Bahrain school denied that exam results were manipulated before being announced to cover up poor performance, Gulf Daily News reports. Pakistan School principal Majid Hussain said the school administration was not being dishonest when it announced a pass rate of 46% in the annual secondary school exams, saying that a number of students who still had to sit supplementary exams were not counted in the final pass percentage.
