XPress Telecommunications ties up with Injaz

XPress Telecommunications, the Kingdom's paramount corporate mobile operator, has announced its Golden sponsorship of Injaz school adoption program.

According to this program, XPress allocated a substantial budget for the renovation of a public school in addition to the development of students' skills through the provision of basic economic and business training.

The Golden sponsorship package entails the presentation of Injaz courses for a minimal period of one academic year in the adopted schools; the implementation of students' leadership projects in the same school; in addition to the improvement of the adopted schools facilities.

The school adoption program is a national program initiated by Injaz for the creation of economic opportunities for Jordanian youth. This initiative also aims to develop the students' individual and vocational skills and consolidate the concept of economic practice among students. Moreover, this program highlights the important role played by the private sector as a strategic partner to Injaz and the Ministry of Education.

This program's ultimate mission is embodied by the development the Jordanian educational sector through the creation of a new cultural concept in which the private sector plays a significant role in bridging the gap between the education acquired from schools and the skills demanded by the local and international job market.
