Units are on sale at The Bay Residences in Dubai's Business Bay. Dheeraj & East Coast, a joint venture of India's Dheeraj Group and the UAE's East Coast Group, is the developer. The project comprises 190 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Facilities include a health club, retail and cafes. DEC says it now has $272m worth of development in Business Bay.
