Running in tandem with the raffle is a unique special developer finance scheme. Payment is arranged directly with the developer and requires 50% payments in instalments during the construction period. Once complete, the remaining 50% is then paid.
"Potentially this incentive could be the biggest ever single prize promotion in the region and part of our unique marketing strategy, which ensures a maximum return on investment with flexible payment plans for our customers,"
commented Mehdi Amjad, President and CEO, Omniyat Properties.
For the raffle, a number will be given to the buyers by Omniyat Properties, once a deposit is paid on any of its publicly launched projects. The given number will enter the buyer into the mega draw automatically. The prize value could potentially reach US$ 4.35 million (AED 16 million), depending on the equivalent value of the unit bought by the winner.
"As part of the company's business strategy, we want our clients to share in the great success that we have achieved over the past year and a half. In order to make the odds as favourable as possible, we are limiting the number of entrants to the first 200," he said.
Apartments, offices and retail outlets in various Omniyat launched projects will be part of the competition. All these projects fuse the latest lifestyle and technology features to create intelligent living and working environments.
"Our projects are spearheading the latest design and construction methods, and are becoming internationally recognised as some of the most advanced structures available," Amjad added.
After launching the most technologically advanced building in the world: 'The Pad' - a US$ 136 million (AED 500 million) 24-storey structure that will rise in Dubai's Business Bay district - Omniyat Properties unveiled its latest creative development, 'The Opus' - a US$465 million (AED 1.7 billion) commercial tower to be located in Dubai's Business Bay district, and which will be officially launched in October 2007.
Designed by world renowned British/Iraqi architect and designer Zaha Hadid, It will fuse visionary aesthetics, architecture and art to create a unique world-first structure.
"With renowned expertise in the real estate industry, Omniyat Properties continues to create the most forward thinking, out-of-the-box commercial and residential properties in the Middle East. The company, with the help of futuristic technology, aims to provide a lifestyle that enhances people's lives, providing exceptional comfort coupled with the most advanced amenities", explained Amjad.
Since its inception a year and half ago, Omniyat Properties has successfully launched four commercial towers and two residential projects with a value of over US$ 733 million (AED 2.7 billion). Building on its momentum, this figure is set to rise to US$ 2.75 billion (AED 10 billion) by the end of 2007, making the company one of the region's fastest growing property developers and a formidable player in one of the most sought-after property hotspots in the world.
