RLJ Companies shows business interest in Ras Al Khaimah visit

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received prominent US businessman, Robert L. Johnson, Chairman of RLJ Companies, and an accompanying delegation who called on him at the Al Dhait Palace recently.
Sheikh Saud welcomed the delegation and said that Ras Al Khaimah has put in place a pro-business administrative regime and offered tremendous business opportunities in various sectors.
Robert L Johnson said that he was impressed by the rapid economic development of Ras Al Khaimah and the huge potential for growth in the emirate. He said that he was exploring various business opportunities in Ras Al Khaimah, including the setting up of a furniture manufacturing facility in the emirate along with other associates.
Dr. Khater Massaad, Advisor to RAK Crown Prince and CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA), Richard J. Sevilla, Chairman and CEO, International Furniture Group, and senior officials of RLJ Companies were present at the meeting.
