Unique Computer Systems FZE signs distribution agreement for leading CMMS solution, Proteus V.

Building on the success of its leading and successful CMMS solutions, Proteus V offers major enhancements to manage preventive and demand maintenance activities.

ProTeus V provides efficient and user-friendly asset and maintenance management. It includes all of the features needed by most maintenance departments to organize and efficiently manage their operations.

It enables a company to record information on building equipment and vendors, keep an inventory of parts, issue work orders when the equipment needs repair or preventive maintenance, and can store and assign maintenance tasks. ProTeus V also includes a host of informative reports to help meet ISO 9000 Quality Control and Joint Commission Standards.

ProTeus V is designed for office buildings, hospitals, universities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, hotels, schools, and any other organization where maintenance is vital to the operation.

One of the key benefits of Proteus V, is the Proteus Alarm Interface (PAI), which allows for instantaneous activation of work orders from popular Building Automation Systems (BAS), thus providing 24/7 unattended alarm management to the building owner and contractor. PAI uniquely and successfully supports both the BACNet® and Niagara™ Framework for popular BAS.
