Omniyat $4.3m DSS promotion

The UAE-based Omniyat Properties is giving buyers of its properties during summer the chance to win back their unit as well as the initial deposit. The developer's $4.3m Dubai Summer Surprises promotion will see the first 200 buyers entered into a draw. Buyers of apartments, offices and retail outlets in projects launched by Omniyat will be included.
