The medical staff has a response time of less than five minutes which is within the 'golden hour' of survival, allowing them to stabilize any emergency whilst waiting for an ambulance.

Today the health service team is experienced in all types of medical and trauma emergencies ranging from cardiac emergencies, stroke, heat exhaustion, sports injuries, chronic illnesses, near drowning, childbirth, pediatric emergencies, post surgery complications and diabetic care in addition to providing a free pharmacy delivery services.

"Our personalized emergency number can be activated at any point in the hotel or beach area, ensuring our medical team are on hand within a matter of minutes.
