The UAE's Western Region Development Council is to establish three centres to train 300 Emirati women in IT, business planning and personal development. Courses will get underway within a few weeks and follow the signing of an agreement with the Institute of International Education. Local women can contact the WRDC if they would like to undertake a training programme.
