France, UAE nuclear talks

UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has held talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris regarding the development of a nuclear power generation programme in the Gulf state, reported the local WAM news agency. France will assist the UAE in the establishment of the project and special committees will be formed to provide a 'mechanism of co-operation'.
