DSL complaints in Saudi

Broadband Internet users in Saudi Arabia are unhappy with the level of service they are receiving with their connections frequently being cut off, reported Arab News. Users say the DSL provision in the kingdom is little better than a dial-up connection and customer support phone lines are always swamped with calls. The Saudi Telecom Company refused to comment on the issue.
