Opec watching price impact

Opec President and UAE Energy Minister Mohammed bin Dha'en Al Hamili has said he is concerned about any impact high oil prices may have on the global economy but said he has yet to see any evidence of a slowdown, reported Reuters. Al Hamili stated present prices were little different to 30 years ago when adjusted for inflation and the weak dollar. He declined to give an optimum price for oil.
