Fonterra Corporation appoints General Manager for the GCC region

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG and Automotive industries, Khaled has worked in various capacities all across the GCC and the MENA region for international brands such as PepsiCo International and Toyota.

In his new role, Hashish will oversee a geographical area that includes UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia with headquarters in Dubai.

Hashish has served PepsiCo International for 17 years where he gained a broad range of experience in business management, sales & distribution, marketing, franchise management and corporate sales function.

As Director of Sales at Pepsi, Hashish developed and aligned management on short and long term channel, enhanced distribution network and pricing strategies that ensured profitable growth across all channels. His key achievements include the creation of a sales and marketing module that grew market share from 63% in 2005, to 72% in 2006.

Hashish has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Ein Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and is a fluent English and Arabic speaker. He is married with 2 children.
