Tribal talks help Iraq telco

Talks with tribal leaders in Iraq have helped Kalimat Telecom in its preparations to install a CDMA network, according to CTO Malcolm Howard on AME Info Broadcast. Howard says that instability in the country should not be a hindrance, with partner Huawei already present and operating in Iraq.
