Beating over 35 other stores to win the accolade, the store's success was based on sales growth and a number of other criteria including merchandising, window display, store security, staff dress and the organisation and efficiency of the stock room. The store saw the highest sales growth of over 8% compared to the previous month and reported the highest sales in total of any other BinHendi fashion store. An estimated 717 people visited the store throughout June.
BinHendi opened its Calvin Klein Jeans store at the Mall of the Emirates in June 2005 and it has continued to attract shoppers in increasing numbers. It is one of three Calvin Klein Jeans outlets BinHendi has in Dubai. The other two are in Deira City Centre and Dubai Festival City.
BinHendi has owned the Calvin Klein Jeans franchise in Dubai since October 1999 and it continues to be one of the top performing bands within the BinHendi fashion portfolio.
Commenting on the award, Mr Mohi-Din BinHendi, President of Bin Hendi Enterprises, said: "I am delighted with the performance of the store and grateful or all the hard work the team has done. They deserve recognition for what they have helped to achieve."
The store is managed by Abdul Kader Bedis and he is supported by Khadia Hamioui, Haytham Ben Zina, Mohammed Usman and Jennifer Barcase.
