The Parmigiani Chronograph houses an automatic winding mechanism running for 50 hours with each exacting component, hand-finished the traditional way. Its ergonomic design boasts a streamlined case complemented by bracelet options in Hermes Alligator, colour Havana or black, for a uniquely snug fit around the wrist. Two push buttons are incorporated in the Chronograph's gold and palladium versions while the size of the on-off button in its steel version is slightly exaggerated. It is handsomely matched by three elegantly coloured dials in slate, black and silver, designed to highlight the colour of the chronograph hands.

The Chronograph's functions include Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Central Chronograph, Chronograph Function with hour and minute timer and a large date aperture, all of which are in sharp clarity. Of its three versions in gold, palladium 950, and steel, the palladium 950 model is remarkable for a number of reasons. As a top class metal, palladium 950 is an alloy that has exceptionally hard, lightweight, hypoallergenic and non-corroding properties in air, besides displaying an incomparable white brilliance that defies time and does not require any rhodium plating. It was two years ago, thanks to the expertise of Johnson Matthey, the well known alloy manufacturers, that Parmigiani found the perfect metal to launch its first palladium 950 collection to much acclaim.
