TDME fully integrated into APTEC Holdings

TDME's IT structure is now based on Aptec's group wide ERP package "iScala" and in-house developed portal "eShop" besides Microsoft Exchange mailing system. "Using a common IT infrastructure helped us to provide effective services to TDME and bring them in par with the latest systems and process running in within Aptec" said Biju Alex, Aptec's IT Manager.

"Since we are using the same systems, standards and processes more Back-Office functions can be centralized, which will improve efficiency and productivity of the group", said Mario M. Veljovic, Aptec's Operations & Commercial Manager.

TDME's Logistics is operating from Aptec's central logistics centre in Jebel Ali and 5 in-country warehouses since this month. "Logistics is a key part of Distribution and we like to have full control to secure Best-in-Class Customer Service", said Veljovic. "Additional Services are available as of now to TDME's Customers and Partners, such as Serial Number Tracking, Same Day Delivery, Shipment Consolidation and (Online) RMA handling" he added. Aptec Holdings is already serving its strong SMB and Enterprise Reseller base in the region from 6 strategically located warehouses, comprising more than 35,000 sq. ft in warehousing facilities.

TDME continue to run separate from Aptec's other Distribution activities, but is leveraging on the groups solid Distribution Infrastructure in the region.

TDME is distributors for Cisco, Oracle, Linksys, APC, SMC, Pace, Western Digital and keen to add further brands in the near future.
