Diamond Investments hands over Marina Diamond III
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, July 30 - 2007 at 11:40
- PRESS RELEASE
Diamond Investments announced today finishing the handover process of Marina Diamond III.
Diamond Investments, the new class of property developers in Dubai and a sister company of Diamond Developers, announced today finishing the handover process of Marina Diamond III, the third in the series of six buildings in the Dubai Marina.
The 206 units were designed in line with Diamond Investment's strategy to develop real estate that is high end quality at affordable prices, with sizes ranging from 420 to 737 and 1009 sq feet.
Commenting on the event, Fares Saeed, CEO of Diamond Investments said: "It is a pleasure to see our third building in the Marina full of the new owners and tenants. We are pleased to provide our customers with a different lifestyle full of relaxation in the Marina, where they can enjoy all the facilities available in this project."
Located in one of the world's priciest and most luxurious neighbourhoods, Marina Diamond III with its 206 units consist of studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms apartments and have several amenities including swimming pool, children's pool and a fully equipped gymnasium. The Marina Diamond complex is within walking distance of a wonderful waterfront boulevard, a string of shopping malls, luxury beach resorts, golf courses, and a new business district.
In addition to a great product at a great price, Diamond Investments offers a unique customer service program to all new tenants. A dedicated member of staff accompanies the buyer during the inspection phase and addresses any concerns that the new owner may have. A staff member will follow up during the inspection period to rectify any issues and remain vigilant to the customer once they have moved in to the premises. Diamond Investments believes that good relationships are open and honest and like to be kept informed by all owners and tenants of any issues with their buildings.
The handover of Marina Diamond III plays a role in alleviating the supply crunch in Dubai's real estate market. "We expect to deliver Marina Diamond IV, V and VI later this year - which increases, along with the handover of Marina Diamond III, the total supply of residential units in Dubai by 1300 homes. This increase augments the overall housing equation and will eventually lead to greater stability and maturity in the real estate market,"
concluded Saeed.
