Tameer hands over Al Dana 1 Tower in Dubai's International City

Tameer Holding, the region's leading real estate developer, has announced the completion of construction of its Al Dana1 residential tower and handed over the first sets of keys to residents a few days ago, while Al Dana 2 Tower will be ready for residents to move into in mid-August 2007.

Situated in the heart of Dubai International City, Al Dana 1 tower - the first development by Tameer Holding - was completely sold out in record time.

The delivery of the Al Dana 1 units coincides with a period of increased demand for residential units that exceeds supply, a move that will position Tameer as a truly primary player in the process of restoring balance between supply and demand and stabilizing rent values in both the short and the long term.
