- United Arab Emirates: Monday, July 30 - 2007 at 12:05
- PRESS RELEASE
Tameer Holding announced the completion of construction of its Al Dana1 residential tower.
Situated in the heart of Dubai International City, Al Dana 1 tower - the first development by Tameer Holding - was completely sold out in record time.
The delivery of the Al Dana 1 units coincides with a period of increased demand for residential units that exceeds supply, a move that will position Tameer as a truly primary player in the process of restoring balance between supply and demand and stabilizing rent values in both the short and the long term.
Abdullah Hageali, CEO of Tameer Holding, said:"We are proud to deliver these residential units to investors and residents within the scheduled timeframe, we congratulate the new residents and hope they will enjoy the luxurious lifestyle and state of the art amenities provided in all of Tameer's high-profile developments, and we would like to assure the buyers of Al Dana 2 that they will have the keys to their units by mid August".
He added, "Despite the fact that Al Dana 1 was the first development by Tameer, the high level of interest from clients and investors came as no surprise, considering the project's excellent location, state of the art amenities and superior facilities, which attracted a large number of people seeking to own their own units in this development. This is very special project for us, being the initial achievement in Tameer's portfolio of prestigious projects, which extends to various parts of the region."
The Al Dana 1 and Al Dana 2 residential towers are situated at the Central Business District Area of Dubai International City, overlooking the Dragon-Mart Shopping Mall and are only an 8-minute drive away from Dubai International Airport. Each tower is comprised of 10 luxury residential floors, with 110 apartments (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, each with a fully equipped kitchen,) that reflect everlasting luxury and comfort. The amenities include a Hi-tech gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, fully equipped health spa and a luxurious reception hall. Each tower features an attractive and harmonious design with exceptionally modern architectural touches, and only the highest-quality building materials have been used in Tameer towers.
