Arjan lies between Emirates Road to its south and Umm Suqeim Road to the east and is located at the Dubailand interchange which is currently under construction.

Arjan will offer a built-up area of approximately 11 million square feet which will create a mixed-use freehold development including 100 residential complexes and six iconic office towers that will be home to 67,000 residents.
It will incorporate medium-rise residential, commercial, retail, event, leisure and cultural developments.
The work on Phase 1 of Arjan has commenced comprising the secondary arterial road, collector road and contingency ducts for diverse utility services and street lighting.
