Music piracy rising

Music piracy is increasing again as legal downloading stagnates, according to a EMR's fourth annual Digital Music Survey. It recommends that the record industry should make buying legal music easier. DRM is one of the factors putting consumers off legal downloads. There was also a reduced fear of prosecution.
