'King Abdullah Economic City is the single largest private sector-led project in the region, and it is important to have partners with a proven track record in undertaking complex projects to meet our requirements,' said Dr Mannaa.

'As a mixed-use development with a strong residential and hospitality component, it is important to have spectacular landscaping within KAEC especially in the Residential and Resort districts. Located on the Red Sea coast, KAEC has six key components: the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District (including the Financial District), Resort District, Educational Zone and Residential Communities. Work is progressing according to schedule on the Industrial Zone, Residential and Resort districts. Potential investors can visit the Presentation Centre at KAEC for more details and for registrations.
