Infor EAM will enable more than 5,000 Nakheel users to track and record service requests from customers. Nakheel needs to ensure its assets at its developments and those it manages on behalf of third parties, ranging from bridges to air conditioning systems, are serviced quickly. To do this, Infor EAM will integrate with Nakheel's call centre, CRM, and contractor and building management systems to provide the company with a holistic view of its assets (both owned and those managed on behalf of third parties) and maintenance processes.
Through an online portal, Infor EAM will also provide Nakheel's customers with the ability to check the status of work requests and scheduled maintenance. Nakheel will also be able to streamline and escalate service requests through workflow and provide management reports based on compliance and service level agreements (SLAs). In addition, Nakheel will have a complete register of owned and managed assets with details on individual suppliers and the specification of spares.
Nakheel selected Infor because it supported the organisation's vision to provide a fully integrated EAM system that would ensure all service requests met time and quality requirements. Infor demonstrated strong technical expertise in leading complex projects and will partner with Intertec Systems, its Dubai-based partner.
