Tanmiyat signs up impaQta for Ajman Marina development

Both companies have significant presence in the UAE and impaQta has been chosen to help make Tanmiyat's vision for the ambitious development at the UAE's smallest emirate become impressive reality.

impaQta's role in supporting the execution of the Marina project will be through the development of relevant studies to support different aspects of project development and implementation.

Tanmiyat's Azad Nouri, general manager of the Ajman Marina project, said: "We're delighted to bring a company of impaQta's stature into the Ajman Marina project. impaQta's experience and abilities will serve to strengthen what is already shaping up to be a very exciting project indeed and one that will completely transform the emirate."

The Ajman Marina development, announced in February, will transform a 12-acre coastal strip of the emirate into a multi-billion dirham, mixed-use development consisting of apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants and a yacht club. In an exciting move, properties in the project will be sold on a freehold basis, to give the Marina a truly 'international' feel. The project will be completed by 2012.
