Iran into Senegal

Iran is to build an oil refinery and petrochemical plant in Senegal according to the African nation's government which held talks last week with Iranian officials, reported Reuters. No details on the cost of the facility or its intended output have as yet been revealed. Iran is also to speed up construction of an $80m car plant in Senegal which was unveiled in 2006.
