Cisco Systems Egypt organizes conference for its partners and distribution channels to support its efforts in serving SMBs

Cisco Systems Egypt, a global pioneer in networking, has organized lately a large scaled conference within its strategy to support SMBs.

The conference witnessed the presence of partners and distribution channels ranging from business development executives, to technical and sales support decision makers. The objective of the conference was to transfer the experience and the technical know-how, in addition to spreading awareness with a number of certificates and solutions to Cisco partners to provide better services.

During the event, a number of awards were distributed among numerous Cisco partners that acquired certificates that qualify them to provide better and more professional services to SMBs. It is worthy to mention that this conference was organized in cooperation with Silicon 21, Cisco's main distribution partner in Egypt.

"This conference represents a commitment from Cisco to support SMBs in Egypt, a sector that is considered one of the most active in Egypt, as it possesses the largest number of such businesses in the region. These businesses strive to develop its skills and competition capabilities using the latest solutions and technologies in the ICT sector. Various challenges face these businesses and Cisco is keen to overcome these challenges by providing adequate training to its partners and distribution channels among Egypt." Says Hani Abdel Aziz, Cisco Systems Egypt General Manager.

He also added: "We are primarily concerned with the SMB sector during the upcoming period and we are keen to develop our operations and investments in it through providing different affordable solutions to support SMBs and help them grow and expand. Such solutions will also increase SMBs productivity, support personnel qualifications and enhance customer satisfaction. Our strong distribution network shall work on satisfying the needs of our customers to guarantee a better service."
