CGC organises training for its Nokia staff

CGC organized its quarterly training on Nokia products and services in Merweb Hotel, Doha recently.
A special Nokia team from Dubai visited Doha to impart technical training to CGC professionals. The training was conducted by Tarek Zaki, Nokia Product Manager and Hayssam Yassine, Account Manager - UAE & Lower Gulf, Nokia MENA, Dubai.
CGC staff from Retail Sales, Dealer Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer Care and Service Center units attended this day-long training. They were given very useful tips on handling new Nokia products and accessories. The visiting Nokia officials also explained them about the nitty-gritty of the latest range of Nokia products and accessories, their designs, functionality and market positioning.
Responding effectively to the customers' queries, providing them details on the functioning and handling of Nokia phones and enhancements were other focus areas of the training.
Emphasizing on the importance of training, Anil Mahajan, Head-Business Development, CGC, said, "In today's fast moving world, training is a prerequisite to keep pace with the technological advancement taking place in ever developing mobile phone arena.
CGC always stresses on updating its professionals on the latest devices and evolving technologies. Training enables our professionals to enhance their capability and capacity of providing best possible services to customers. Thus, our esteemed customers stand benefited by such training programmes", Mahajan added.
