Emaar launches sale of Ghadeer townhomes at The Lakes on August 11

Emaar Properties will launch the sale of the Ghadeer townhomes at The Lakes, an established residential community, on August 11.

A key component of Emaar's Emirates Living neighbourhood, The Lakes is located near Emirates Hills and the Emirates Golf Club. Potential buyers for Ghadeer townhomes can register on-line from August 5 to 7, 2007 to attend the launch. Emirates Islamic Bank is offering easy home finance solutions to potential investors.

A gated community set amidst placid lakes and a picturesque living environment, Ghadeer offers direct access to the vibrant Lakes Community Centre that features several recreational and retail outlets. An exclusive Ghadeer Neighbourhood Park with its own swimming pool will add to the amenities.

Investors can choose from five types of Mediterranean-styled townhomes, varying in size from 2,485 to 3,153 sq ft. The three-bedroom Ghadeer homes have spacious layouts with verandahs, balconies or terraces, two car parking spaces each and gardens.

"The Lakes is an established residential community and hugely sought after by investors, who prefer the comfort of townhouse or villa living," said Mr Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties. "The supply for townhomes is currently limited in Dubai, and demand for independent homes with gardens and access to other amenities is growing: Ghadeer meets this need."

The Lakes already comprises four communities - Zulal, Maeen, Deema and Forat. Ghadeer is located along the north-east boundary of The Lakes and can be accessed through three main highways - Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road and Al Khail Road.

On-line registration is through the Ghadeer page on www.emaar.com with potential buyers having the opportunity to browse through the various floor plans. An audited random selection will take place after registration closes and a limited number of applicants selected will be invited to the launch event on August 11, where they may have the opportunity to buy the townhomes. Emirates Islamic Bank is offering easy home finance of up to 96 per cent of the townhouse's value on the launch day.
