Toyota releases new safety website

Toyota is constantly making efforts to ensure that its customers are utilizing the latest automotive technology to constantly upgrade the measures taken to ensure each passenger's safety. This website is a way of assuring the Toyota vehicle owner that their car is at the pinnacle of what the automotive industry can offer.

Attractive and user-friendly with a design that mimic's Toyota's elegant car designs, the multimedia website is interactive, and covers the aspects of vehicle safety, through a number of informative short film sequences.

The first of these is the active safety devices, which covers all of the technology used to prevent any accidents from happening. These include the anti-locking braking system (ABS), brake assist system (BAS), traction control system (TRC) and vehicle stability control system.

Secondly, there is the passive safety aspect. These are the things that will lessen the consequences, should an accident occur. An impact absorbing body structure, SRS airbags and head impact protection are all in place to ensure the passengers' safety.
