CHI Development Group begin construction on the Jumeirah Golf Estates

Due for completion at the end of 2008 and early 2009, the Mediterranean-style development will symbolise the essence of New Dubai, an exclusive community surrounded by beautiful facilities in the heart of The Emirate.

Situated within the Jumeirah Golf Estates 'Earth' Eco-signature golf course designed by the legendary Greg Norman, Lime Tree Valley is a luxury estate comprising of 121 villas on individual plots. The highly individualised homes boast stunning Southern Spanish style interiors by Design Young, and breathtaking views overlooking the golf course. The architectural style is reflective of a Mediterranean village, designed by internationally-renowned architects Godwin Austen Johnson.
