The first phase of renovation which began on August 2, 2007, is scheduled for completion by September 16, 2007. During this period, the hospital has requested visitors to bear with any inconvenience.
"While the main hospital lobby is being redesigned, the interior finishes have been carefully selected to create a balanced environment that is warm and welcoming, with a high degree of comfort and safety. Every effort is being made to ensure that patients and visitors to the hospital are not inconvenienced," said Michael Heindel, CEO of Tawam Hospital.
"Once the renovation work is complete, the lobby at the hospital will be world-class, complementing Tawam's reputation of being a top quality healthcare service provider in the region," added Heindel.
