KHD Humboldt bags $110m Saudi contract

KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. has been contracted by Saudi Arabia-based Arabian Cement Company to build a new cement production line with a capacity of 5,000 tonnes of clinker per day. The contract which amounts to approximately USD110 million, covers the design and equipment supply for Katrana Cement factory, including supply of mechanical, electrical and automation equipment for its production line for the new plant in Katrana, Jordan.
