Emirates Fast Food Company, the owner and operator of McDonald's UAE received an award during the Gulf Coop celebration which was held recently in Jordanian capital Amman.
The award presented to McDonald's UAE signifies the achievements of the local owner and operator in the country in growing and expanding the business within the overall regional framework.
Commented on the award, said Rafic Fakih, McDonald's UAE Managing Director: "Once again this year we are recognized for our achievements in UAE, and we are confident that the road ahead will be more rewarding. Our commitment to serve high quality products, in a friendly and fun atmosphere and by highly skilled people is drive behind our success everyday".
McDonald's Gulf Coop is a joint committee of local franchisees in the GCC, which plans and executes regional and local initiatives within the brand's overall strategy and the common preferences across the region. All McDonald's restaurants in the GCC are locally owned and operated by local businessmen with 100% local capital and investment.
Operating since 1994, McDonald's UAE today has 48 restaurants geographically located to service customers in many areas, committed to the wellbeing of the society with active social responsibility agenda and maintaining high quality products served in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
