RAK FTZ organizes a CRM course

The Center for Business Excellence of the RAK Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) will organize a two day training course in Customer Relations Management (CRM) on August 15 and 16.

The course that is planned to enable companies to manage their relationships with customers will be open for the registered companies, employees from the public and private sectors along with the individuals as the course is designed to suit various individual needs.

Oussama El Omari, the zone's CEO highlighted the importance of the customer service courses, saying that this scheduled course will provide attendees with the skills needed to improve customer service. "This course was planned to empower the participants in securing the highest level of customer satisfaction and designed to enable them to deliver better customer care," he said.

"In today's world of business, customer relation management is a fundamental tool for departments and individuals to land on high ground and achieve customer satisfaction," he added.

The scheduled training course will be delivered by a professional expert who will introduce the attendees to the customer relations management tactics and techniques in a way to improve the relationship between the departments and their clients.

El Omari said the course is scheduled during the evening (5:00-9:00 pm) to enable employees from the various public and private companies to attend this key course. He stressed that this training courses is only an episode in the chain of the training course designed by the RAK FTZ's Center for Business Excellence to improve skills and enhance the relationship between the departments and their clients.
