We always talk about the importance of collaboration, working while having fun, respect and support for one another and these team building days are geared around these fundamental values," commented Pam Wilby, general manager, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa and Grosvenor House. "The team becomes stronger and happier as a result and we can face another year of high standard of services for our guests."
