More television choice with Orbit Multiplex

The new channels America Plus +2, Super Comedy +2 and Cinema City + 1, bring more of the Orbit entertainment to everybody in the family through these time convenient channels that Orbit now offers to its viewers.

Mr. Ali Ajouz, Vice President of Marketing and Distributions in orbit, explained: 'we have taken three of our most popular channels, and time-shifted them either by one or two hours later than the original channel. This means that viewers have even greater choice between different prime time viewing periods".

These channels will be launched on August 15th at 00:00 GMT. With the launch of Cinema City +1, Orbit viewers will be able to see a new movie at the top of every hour during prime-time This complements the existing Super Movies + 1 channel.

"Orbit offers the widest choice of convenient broadcast times. A key benefit is that viewers will no longer have to make a choice between watching their favorite programmes broadcasting at the same time. Viewers should never have to miss their favorite shows when there is more than one of their favorite programmes on multiple channels" added Mr. Al Ajouz.

With 53 entertainment options to choose from, viewers always have the widest possible choice of programming, Mr. Ajouz commented: "Yet again Orbit has set the benchmark for value added entertainment s in the Middle East. Subscribers can expect more exciting developments in the near future, as the network continues to expand its offerings".
