EFG-Hermes bolsters GCC economics coverage

In response to the growing need across the region for insightful and original economic analysis, regional investment bank EFG-Hermes has announced the appointment of Monica Malik, who joins its research department as senior economist.

Senior economist joins leading regional investment bank to further its commitment to quality research

Monica's scope of research will cover economies across the Middle East region, with a specific focus on the Gulf Cooperation Countries.

Monica brings extensive experience from over 13 years conducting economic and private sector research at institutions that include Standard Chartered Bank and Dun & Bradstreet. Monica holds a PhD in Middle Eastern economics from the University of Durham, UK.
