Al Qudra, TPL deal

Al Qudra Real Estate has signed an agreement with Thomson Perret and Lobb for the design of a golf course at the mixed use Ain Al Emarat development at Al Ain. TPL has joined forces with architectural practice HOK, the creators of the new Wembley and Emirates stadia in London, to design the course. Ain Al Emarat will also feature a 40,000 seater indoor sports and entertainment arena.
