KFAED in Lebanese projects

The Kuwait Fund for Arab and Economic Development is to spend $45.9m on a string of projects in Lebanon, as part of its reconstruction efforts following the Israeli attack on the country last summer. Seven projects will be undertaken in Beirut's southern suburbs, while others will be located in Southern Lebanon. The work will focus on building schools, renovating medical centres, repairing roads and upgrading core infrastructure.
