New Executive Chef at the Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai

Chef Phillips takes over the culinary reigns at the Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai as the new Executive Chef. With over ten years experience in the position, Phillips is not only qualified for the position but will bring a high level of expertise to the role which will ensure a successful partnership with the hotel.

Phillips started his career in his native country Australia working as a Sous Chef for the Sheraton Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast. After this Phillips stayed with Sheraton moving into the role of Relief Executive Sous Chef in Hong Kong before taking on Executive Chef with LSG Skyway Catering. Before long Phillips returned to the hotel industry working with various five star properties in Hong Kong and his last post was in Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, Vietnam.

Phillips is a valuable asset to the Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai team and is sure to have large influence on the hotel's dining experiences. Phillips will not only sustain the high quality of food and service but will further develop the kitchen and team to create a truly unique experience.

It is the first time for Chef Phillips to live and work in Dubai, something which he is looking forward to with anticipation.
