Fitness First opens in DIFC

The state-of-the-art 19,000 square foot facility marks the rapid expansion and growth of Fitness First UAE, a franchise owned and operated under license by Leisure Unlimited LLC company, and increases the total number of clubs operating in the Middle East to six, with an additional four planned to open before the end of the year.

The facility at the DIFC will join the impressive list of operating Fitness First clubs in the UAE consisting of the clubs at Ibn Battuta Mall, UPTOWN Mirdiff, Dubai Festival City as well as BurJuman Center which proudly boasts of being the largest Fitness First in the world.

According to Leisure Unlimited CEO Gary Neville, "The massive opportunity to serve the community in terms of increasing the awareness of wellness in the Middle East Market prevalent today can only be aptly addressed by building the right facilities in locations spread geographically. The Fitness First facility at DIFC will feature over 120 Exercise Machines by Technogym, an extensive free weights area, a cosmic studio for indoor cycling classes, 1:1 personal training by world class personal trainers, a women's only gym as well as weekly group exercise in body pump, RPM, Body attack, Body combat, Body balance, Body jam, Body step, Yoga and Pilates. Members could also avail the use of the members lounge with complimentary drinks, a DVD library with over 500 new titles, luxury changing rooms with Sauna & Steam as well as reciprocal access to 500 clubs worldwide.

Fitness First at Dubai International Financial Centre will host an Open Day from 9am to 8pm on Wednesday, 15st of August to showcase its new fitness facility.
