"Our specialist menu design team, consisting of experienced and well qualified Arab chefs, has been working for several weeks, to bring together an exquisite and authentic Arabic menu so that customers can feel completely at home flying with Gulf Air."
From starters to main courses to desserts, a whole range of mouth-watering Arabic dishes- Arabic Mezze, Halloumi Salad, Shish Tawaook, Cousa Banadoura, Oriental Chicken, Cheese Konafa, Um Ali and much more - are awaiting passengers onboard.
"Customers have put an extraordinary faith in us by voting Gulf Air as the Best Airline for First Class Onboard Catering consistently for the fifth time in a row at the Sky Trax airline awards. We were able to achieve this because we constantly think of new ways to enhance our service levels. The new Arabic menu is just one more step in taking our passenger service to greater heights," concluded Lee Shave.
