- PRESS RELEASE
In its continuous strive to ensure highest customer satisfaction levels, the service centre of Arabian Automobiles, exclusive dealer of Nissan and Infiniti in Dubai and Northern Emirates, has deployed over the years the world-class Computerized ONboard System Universal Tester-IIIrd generation (Consult III) technology.
"At Arabian Automobiles we understand that today's customer is very sophisticated and demands faster and more efficient services, made possible by break-through technologies. In response to this and inline with our principle to prioritize and enhance customer satisfaction, we are proud to use CONSULT III, the latest technology among the best in the world in car diagnosing," said Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles.
Easy to handle, the CONSULT III is equipped with Bluetooth (wireless) technology. Using the system any technician can easily diagnose hard complaints such as CAN (Controller Area Network) ECU Reprogramming. This saves time in diagnosing each car and ultimately benefits customers when they receive their car within a shorter period of time.
Arabian Automobiles has a nation wide network of 10 state of the art mechanical repair workshops and 5 body shops spread across Dubai and Northern Emirates. Servicing the customers of Nissan and Infiniti are 913 trained and committed staff consisting of 288 Technicians, 214 Denters/Painters and 66 Service Advisors. Arabian Automobiles Technicians have shown consistency in applying global quality standards by winning 6 awards at NISTEC (Nissan International Service Technical Contest) World Level Contests.
