OFFTEC implements Sales Force Plus! software at Jordan's top banks

In an effort to expand its offerings to the retail banking services in Jordan and the region, OFFTEC Systems recently completed the installment of the Sales Force Plus! Banking Version for several banks in Jordan that will increase their volume of sales.

Mazen Hazboun, Integrated Solutions Business Development Manager at OFFTEC said: 'The challenge of building a banking version for Sales Force Plus! was developed in order to fill a gap in the market we identified for a specialized application that would help banks and financial institutions across the Arab world simplify and expedite their sales process. The software is not a customer relationship management system but an application that focuses on managing pre-sales activities in order to increase sales volumes.'

OFFTEC's Sales Force Plus! Banking Version, based on Microsoft technology, is a fully customizable, web-based and user-friendly application particularly designed for the banking and financial sectors, enabling institutions to manage and control all pillars of the corporate and retail sales cycle. ABC Bank, Bank Audi and the Bank of Jordan are the first banks to install the application in Jordan, which will be used within their Retail Banking department.

The Sales Force Plus software for banks is a specialized version of the well established standard version released by OFFTEC.
